OUR COACHES
At Brentwood Netball Club, we are proud to have a team of highly experienced and qualified netball coaches who bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the court. Our coaches are dedicated to helping every athlete reach their full potential through expert guidance and a supportive, inclusive environment.
Beyond our Coaching team, weβre also passionate about nurturing the next generation of netball leaders. We actively support the development of Junior and Assistant Coaches, providing them with opportunities to learn, grow, and gain confidence in their coaching abilities.
We also champion our members who are beginning or continuing their Umpire journeys, offering guidance and match experience to help them progress through their officiating qualifications.

OUR NETBALL SQUADS
At Brentwood Netball Club, weβre proud to offer playing opportunities for all ages and abilitiesβbuilding pathways that support every playerβs development, from first pass to competitive play.
We start with our Flying Felines programme for Year 4s, where our youngest players learn the fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. As players grow, they progress through our age group squads: U10s, U11s, U12s, U13s, U14s, U15s, and U16s, with dedicated coaching to help each athlete thrive.
For those ready to compete at a higher level, we run U14 and U16 Regional Squads that train and compete in performance-level competitions, representing the club with pride across the region.
Netball doesnβt stop at juniorsβweβre proud to have two Adult Squads competing locally, as well as a vibrant Back to Netball Squad, welcoming players returning to the sport or picking it up for the first time.
No matter your age or experience, thereβs a place for you at Brentwood Netball Club.

While only the official Brentwood Netball Club dress is mandatory for representing the club in matches, we offer a range of optional kit items for members whoβd like to show their club pride in training or off-court. Comfort and warmth are key and this top provides both. Designed with a brushed fleece lining this hoodie is perfect for those colder training and travelling days. Constructed with a drawstring hood and long sleeves this hoodie provides warmth and a classic look. The ribbed trims finish this hoodie off keeping you protected from the elements.

Brentwood NC Youth Base Layer
Ultra-lightweight fabric with built it mesh panels for breathability in high temperature areas. The purpose of this product is to keep you warm without overheating. The fabric hugs the body but allows for full, unrestricted movement whilst being moisture wicking allowing you to regulate body temperature.

When does BNC Train?
BNC Train during the Summer and Winters Terms on a Wednesday evening from 6pm to 9pm for a maximum of 1.5 hours per session.
Does BNC train outside?
BNC train on outside courts unless we encounter adverse weather at which time we may train inside or have to make other arrangements.
What age groups are eligible to join the junior netball club?
Our junior netball club welcomes aspiring players from the age of Year 4 School age to Year 11. We offer age-appropriate teams to cater to various skill levels and ensure a positive experience for every young athlete. We do also have an Adult team - please contact us for further details.
What training and coaching opportunities are available for junior players?
We are proud to offer top-level training and coaching programs for our junior players. Our experienced coaches focus on developing fundamental skills, game strategies, and fostering a love for netball. Regular training sessions are held during the week.
How can I register my child for the junior netball club?
Registering your interest for your daughter is easy! We ask that you complete our Trial Enquiry form in the first instance and our Secretary will respond in due course. If there is available space, your daughter may be invited to have a 2 week trial at our club to meeting our Coaches and fellow netball members.
Once the trial is complete, next steps will be advised by the Coaches/Secretary.
When does the netball season typically start and end?
The netball season usually begins in September and runs until June. However, specific dates may vary each year depending on fixtures and competitions and also include multiple terms.
